Our incentive solutions use well-documented principles of reinforcement to improve performance and manage change. Following a needs assessment and baseline period, customized reinforcers or rewards are selected to be delivered contingent on team work behaviors targeted for change. Clients are coached to design, implement, and test solutions to change:

 Behavioral deficiencies by increasing low rates of team behaviors such as production output, cold calling, customer service, and new skill development.

 Behavioral excesses by decreasing high rates of team behaviors such as production errors, safety violations, and customer complaints.

Selection of rewards is as important as selection of target behaviors. In addition to target behaviors, we base reward selection on many other factors such as team budget, history, demographics and preference. We help you select either cash or non-cash rewards. Non-cash rewards (i.e. early release from work, larger office space, computer equipment, etc.) are typically more economical and often as effective as cash rewards. In many work settings, a point system with a reward menu designed by team members is the most effective and flexible long-term solution.
